日本ウイグル国会議員連盟 (JUPC)、中国による人権侵害を究明し行動する議員連盟(JPCHC)、そして、世界ウイグル会議(WUC)が、日本ウイグル協会 (JUA)や対中政策に関する列国議会連盟（IPAC）と協力し、世界各国のウイグルを応援する国会議員連盟のメンバー等ウイグル問題に取り組んでいる国会議員らを集めて「国際ウイグルフォーラム：各国国会議員間の国際会議」を、日本の国会（衆議院会館）で、２０２３年１０月３０～３１日に開催します。
私は、２０２３年１０月３０と３１日に日本の東京で「国際ウイグルフォーラム：各国国会議員間の国際会議」を開催することを発表できて嬉しく思います。日本はウイグル人の強い味方であり、アジア太平洋地域において、ウイグル人や他のチュルク系民族に対する進行中の残虐行為を公に非難し、認めた最初の国でもあります。
